Noah Kaufman is a Senior Research Scholar at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. He is a co-leader of the Resilient Energy Economies initiative, a network of scholars working with fossil fuel-dependent communities to develop strategies for their local economies. He served as a Senior Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers from 2021 to 2022.
